How to Reserve Your Session
Booking your session is simple, transparent, and fully guided. Begin by selecting your preferred collection. Each thoughtfully designed to include a set number of professionally edited, high-resolution images. To get started, submit an inquiry through the contact page or explore the Newborn Photography Dallas or Cake Smash Photography Dallas pages to choose the experience that best fits your vision.
Once you’re ready to reserve your date, a contract and invoice will be sent. A non-refundable retainer secures your session:
• $35 for baby sessions
• $125 for cake smash sessions
The remaining balance is due prior to your session. All collections are subject to 8.25% Texas sales tax. Payments are accepted via Zelle or PayPal.
What’s Included
Every session includes creative direction, styling guidance, and professional retouching. Your final images are delivered as high-resolution digital files through a private online gallery. Ready for download, printing, and sharing. Each gallery is intentionally curated to include your most meaningful and beautifully refined moments. Additional images may be purchased à la carte for $45 per file, allowing you to expand your collection if desired.
When to Book
Newborn sessions are best reserved during pregnancy to ensure availability around your due date. Sessions typically take place within the first few weeks after your baby arrives. Cake smash sessions are best scheduled 2–3 months in advance to allow time for custom setup planning and availability.
Turnaround time
A proofing gallery will be delivered within approximately one week of your session for lifestyle and cake smash sessions, allowing you to select your preferred images for final editing based on your collection. Newborn sessions do not include a proofing gallery, as each gallery is thoughtfully curated to present your most meaningful and beautifully refined images. Final edited images are completed and delivered within four weeks. If you anticipate needing a few images sooner, kindly let me know in advance and a small selection can be prioritized and delivered earlier.

All collections include high-resolution digital images with a full print release. This allows you to download, print, and share your images freely.

DO YOU PROVIDE RAW (UNEDITED) IMAGES?

CAN I PRINT MY IMAGES?
Yes. Your final gallery includes high-resolution digital images with a full print release, allowing you to print and share your images freely. Each image is delivered in high resolution, suitable for professional-quality prints up to 30x40 and beyond. For the most accurate color and quality, professional printing is recommended.
